REFUND POLICY

Listing to Sales

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

At Listing to Sales, we take our work seriously and want every Client to clearly understand the terms that apply before purchasing our Services.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available, when they are not available, and how refund requests are handled.

Because Listing to Sales provides customized digital Etsy SEO research, optimization, and related services, purchases are generally non-refundable once payment has been made, subject only to the limited exception specifically described in this Refund Policy.

If you have questions about this Refund Policy before purchasing our Services, please contact us through our official Contact Page:

Listing to Sales Contact Page

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control.

1. WHY OUR SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Listing to Sales provides customized Etsy SEO research, optimization, strategy, and related digital services.

Unlike a physical product that can be returned and resold, our Services involve work performed specifically for each Client and their Etsy listings, products, niche, competitors, and business.

This may include keyword research, competitor research, title optimization, tag and keyword recommendations, description optimization, image alt-text recommendations, listing analysis, SEO strategy, and other customized research or deliverables included in the purchased service.

A significant portion of our work may occur before the final deliverables are provided to the Client. This may include reviewing submitted information, allocating team resources, researching the Client's market, evaluating competitors, analyzing keywords, reviewing listings, and preparing customized recommendations.

When we accept an order, we also allocate time and professional capacity to that Client's project. That capacity cannot be retroactively recovered or resold after work has begun.

For these reasons, all Fees paid to Listing to Sales are non-refundable once payment has been made, subject only to the single limited exception described in Section 3:

A refund may be available only if Listing to Sales fails to send the Onboarding Email to the email address provided at the time of purchase within thirty (30) days of payment.

There are no performance-based, satisfaction-based, delivery-time-based, or change-of-mind refunds.

2. WHAT PAYMENTS ARE COVERED

This Refund Policy applies to all amounts paid directly to Listing to Sales for our Services, including, without limitation:

  • Etsy SEO optimization packages;
  • Listing optimization services;
  • Keyword and competitor research;
  • SEO audits;
  • Consulting or strategy services;
  • Add-ons or upgrades;
  • Additional listing packages; and
  • Any other customized digital service purchased from Listing to Sales.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Listing to Sales, all such payments are subject to this Refund Policy.

3. LIMITED REFUND EXCEPTION — THE 30-DAY ONBOARDING EMAIL RULE

Listing to Sales provides one limited exception to its general no-refund policy.

The exception is based on an objective event: whether Listing to Sales sent the Client an Onboarding Email within thirty (30) days of payment.

3.1 Eligibility

A Client is eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

(a) Listing to Sales failed to send an Onboarding Email to the email address provided by the Client at the time of purchase within thirty (30) days after payment;

(b) The failure was caused solely by Listing to Sales and was not caused by the Client, the Client's email provider, incorrect information supplied by the Client, or another circumstance described in this Policy; and

(c) The Client submits a written refund request through the Listing to Sales Contact Page no later than forty-five (45) days after the original payment date.

If Listing to Sales sends the Onboarding Email to the email address provided at purchase within thirty (30) days after payment, the Client is not eligible for a refund under this Policy.

Listing to Sales generally aims to send onboarding communications much sooner, often within approximately 72 business hours. However, this is an estimate and service goal only. It is not a guaranteed deadline and does not create a refund right.

For purposes of refund eligibility, the applicable contractual period is the thirty (30)-day period described above.

3.2 Email Delivery Is the Client's Responsibility

Listing to Sales fulfills its onboarding obligation by sending the Onboarding Email to the email address provided by the Client at the time of purchase.

The following circumstances do not create a right to a refund:

(a) The Client entered an incorrect, misspelled, inactive, inaccessible, or otherwise invalid email address;

(b) The Onboarding Email was sent to spam, junk, promotions, quarantine, or another secondary folder;

(c) The Onboarding Email was filtered, blocked, rejected, or delayed by the Client's email provider, device, network, security software, or settings;

(d) The Client failed to check, monitor, access, or open the email account provided at purchase;

(e) The Client's inbox was full, disabled, unavailable, or otherwise unable to receive messages;

(f) The Client overlooked, deleted, ignored, or otherwise failed to respond to the Onboarding Email; or

(g) Any other failure of receipt occurring after Listing to Sales sent the Onboarding Email to the email address provided at purchase.

Listing to Sales is deemed to have satisfied its onboarding obligation when the Onboarding Email is sent to the email address provided at purchase.

Our records concerning sending, including timestamps, email logs, and other applicable records, may be used as evidence that the Onboarding Email was sent.

3.3 What Counts as an "Onboarding Email"

An "Onboarding Email" means an email sent by Listing to Sales to the email address provided at purchase that initiates or facilitates the Client's onboarding or service process.

This may include an email containing or requesting:

  • An onboarding form;
  • Intake questionnaire;
  • Etsy shop information;
  • Etsy listing URLs;
  • Product information;
  • Business or niche information;
  • SEO-related information;
  • Project instructions;
  • Documents or materials;
  • Links required to begin the engagement; or
  • Any other information, instructions, request, or communication reasonably related to beginning the Services.

The Onboarding Email does not have to contain the completed SEO deliverables to satisfy the 30-day onboarding requirement.

3.4 Commencement of Work

Sending the Onboarding Email constitutes commencement of work.

Work may also be considered commenced when Listing to Sales performs any service-related activity associated with the Client's engagement, including:

  • Reviewing the Client's order;
  • Allocating staff, resources, or project capacity;
  • Reviewing onboarding information;
  • Reviewing an Etsy shop or Etsy listings;
  • Conducting keyword research;
  • Conducting competitor research;
  • Performing SEO research or analysis;
  • Developing listing recommendations;
  • Preparing optimized titles, tags, descriptions, keywords, or alt text;
  • Preparing or creating the Client's private Google Doc;
  • Preparing any portion of the Client's deliverables; or
  • Performing any other research, preparation, analysis, strategy, or customized work related to the Client's order.

Once work has commenced, the Client's decision not to continue, participate, provide requested information, implement recommendations, or use the completed work does not create a refund right.

3.5 Incorrect Email Addresses

If a Client discovers that they entered an incorrect email address when purchasing, the Client must promptly contact Listing to Sales through our Contact Page.

The Client should provide:

(a) The order number;

(b) The email address originally entered at purchase; and

(c) The Client's first and last name as shown on the order.

Listing to Sales may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify ownership of the order.

After the order is verified, Listing to Sales may update the Client's contact information and send or resend the Onboarding Email.

Correcting an email address does not restart, pause, or extend the original thirty (30)-day period.

The 30-day period begins on the original payment date.

A Client's delay in discovering or correcting an incorrectly supplied email address does not create refund eligibility.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

A Client who believes they qualify under Section 3 must submit their request exclusively through:

Listing to Sales Contact Page

The request must be submitted no later than forty-five (45) days after the original payment date.

The Client should provide:

  • Full name;
  • Email address used at purchase;
  • Order number;
  • Date of purchase;
  • Amount paid;
  • An explanation of why the Client believes Listing to Sales failed to send an Onboarding Email within 30 days; and
  • Any relevant supporting information reasonably requested by Listing to Sales.

Requests submitted after the 45-day period are not eligible under the limited refund exception.

4.1 Review of Request

Listing to Sales will review properly submitted refund requests in good faith.

Our review may include our order records, email sending records, timestamps, onboarding records, project records, communications, research records, internal service records, and other information relating to the engagement.

If our records establish that the Onboarding Email was sent to the email address provided at purchase within thirty (30) days after payment, the refund request will be denied.

4.2 Approved Refunds

If Listing to Sales determines that a Client qualifies for a refund under Section 3, we will process the approved refund within thirty (30) business days.

Whenever reasonably possible, refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Processing times after we issue a refund may depend on the Client's bank, card issuer, payment processor, or financing provider and are outside Listing to Sales' control.

5. NO PERFORMANCE-BASED REFUNDS

Purchasing Listing to Sales' Services does not guarantee any particular Etsy result.

Accordingly, refunds are not available because a Client is dissatisfied with or does not achieve a particular:

  • Number of sales;
  • Revenue or profit;
  • Search ranking;
  • Keyword ranking;
  • Search visibility;
  • Number of impressions;
  • Number of visits or views;
  • Click-through rate;
  • Conversion rate;
  • Favorites;
  • Reviews or ratings;
  • Bestseller status;
  • Organic traffic;
  • Listing placement;
  • Etsy search placement;
  • Return on investment;
  • Business growth; or
  • Other marketing, business, financial, or performance outcome.

Etsy controls its own marketplace, search systems, algorithms, policies, ranking systems, recommendations, features, and platform.

Results may also be affected by numerous circumstances outside Listing to Sales' control, including product demand, competition, pricing, photography, product quality, reviews, shop history, conversion behavior, seasonality, customer demand, Client implementation, market conditions, and changes made by Etsy.

Listing to Sales provides research, analysis, recommendations, optimization, and related Services. We do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will produce any particular result.

Testimonials, case studies, examples, screenshots, previous Client results, sales figures, or other performance examples shown on our website or marketing materials are provided for illustrative purposes only. They do not constitute promises or guarantees of the results any particular Client will achieve.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. DELIVERY TIMES DO NOT CREATE A REFUND RIGHT

Listing to Sales generally aims to deliver completed projects within approximately 7–10 business days after receiving the information reasonably necessary to perform the Services.

This timeframe is an average estimate only and is not guaranteed.

Actual completion time may vary depending on the number of listings purchased, complexity of the Client's products, research requirements, project scope, order volume, Client responsiveness, technical issues, holidays, staffing, platform availability, or other circumstances.

No estimated, advertised, historical, or communicated delivery timeframe constitutes a guaranteed completion date unless Listing to Sales expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

A project taking longer than an estimated timeframe does not, by itself, create a right to a refund, cancellation, credit, chargeback, or other compensation.

The limited refund exception in Section 3 concerns whether Listing to Sales sent the Onboarding Email within 30 days of payment. It does not guarantee that the Client's completed deliverables will be provided within that same 30-day period.

7. DELIVERY OF COMPLETED WORK

Listing to Sales generally provides completed customized deliverables through a private Google Doc link made available to the Client.

At the Client's request, Listing to Sales may also provide the applicable deliverables in PDF or Microsoft Word format when reasonably available.

Delivery is considered completed when Listing to Sales makes the deliverables available to the Client through the private Google Doc link or another delivery method selected by Listing to Sales.

A Client's failure to open, access, download, review, save, implement, or otherwise use the delivered materials does not create a refund right.

Technical issues experienced by the Client after delivery do not automatically create refund eligibility. Clients experiencing an access issue should contact Listing to Sales through the Contact Page so that we may reasonably assist with access.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY AND IMPLEMENTATION

Listing to Sales provides SEO research, optimization recommendations, and related deliverables.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the Client is responsible for implementing the recommendations in their own Etsy shop and listings.

Listing to Sales does not guarantee that every recommendation will remain effective or appropriate indefinitely. Etsy may modify its marketplace, search algorithm, policies, ranking factors, interfaces, or other functionality at any time.

The Client is responsible for reviewing and deciding whether and how to implement the deliverables.

A Client's decision not to implement some or all recommendations does not create a refund right.

Likewise, a decrease or change in sales, traffic, rankings, impressions, conversion rates, or other performance following implementation does not create a refund right.

9. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGE OF MIND

A Client's decision to cancel, discontinue, postpone, abandon, or otherwise stop participating in an engagement does not entitle the Client to a refund of amounts already paid.

This includes situations where the Client:

  • Changes their mind;
  • No longer wants the Services;
  • Closes or pauses their Etsy shop;
  • Removes or changes a listing;
  • Changes products or business direction;
  • Fails to complete onboarding;
  • Fails to provide requested information;
  • Stops responding to communications;
  • Does not implement the deliverables; or
  • No longer needs or wants the Services after purchasing.

The limited exception described in Section 3 remains the sole refund exception under this Policy.

10. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you have a concern regarding a Listing to Sales charge, we ask that you contact us first through our Contact Page so that we have an opportunity to review and address the matter directly.

Contact Listing to Sales

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal does not create or expand a Client's refund rights under this Policy.

Where Listing to Sales has provided Services in good faith, including where our records establish that onboarding communications or deliverables were sent or work was performed, Listing to Sales may provide relevant records to the applicable bank, card issuer, payment processor, or financing provider in response to a payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback for Services provided in good faith without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with Listing to Sales may constitute a breach of our Terms of Service, and Listing to Sales reserves its rights and remedies under those Terms and applicable law.

11. ETSY DISCLAIMER

Listing to Sales is an independent service provider.

Listing to Sales is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially associated with Etsy, Inc.

Etsy is a third-party platform and controls its own marketplace, policies, search systems, algorithms, accounts, and services.

Changes made by Etsy do not create refund eligibility under this Policy.

12. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

Listing to Sales may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the Refund Policy in effect at the time of a Client's payment will govern refund eligibility for that payment.

Material changes will not retroactively create or eliminate refund rights associated with payments already made.

13. RELATIONSHIP TO TERMS OF SERVICE

This Refund Policy forms part of and should be read together with the Listing to Sales Terms of Service.

If there is any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control.

By purchasing Services from Listing to Sales, making payment, or engaging our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.
